REGISTRATION (registration fee payment is in Russian rubles at the ruble/Euro exchange rate established for the day of payment by the Central Bank of the Russian Federation + 2%)

PLEASE NOTE: There is a special 'early bird' discount of 200 EUR for the early registration (from 14th of July until 7th of September only)!
